Contact Information

  • Free usability reviews are limited to one per month. I'll gladly keep you on a list if there's a backlog. Just email me, but I have two preconditions:
    1. You have to respond to an initial confirming email. I want to know you'll be reachable when I want to notify you that I've done the review.
    2. After you read the review, please let me know if it helps.
  • It sometimes takes as long as a few weeks for me to get around to doing a free review. If you don't want to wait, a basic review similar to the checklist reviews on my Reviews Page is US$200. On that page you'll also see several other formats because I try to fit the medium to the message.

"My interest in usability arose from the pain and tears of patching the wounds of suffering interface designs with the inadequate bandages of help files and user guides." — Daniel Cohen
